N. Tinbergen. 1984. Curious Naturalists. University of Massachusetts Press.
Even if old (publication date 1958), this book was written by one of the founders of the study of Animal Behaviour and a Noble Prize is an enjoyable reading and contains examples of the study of animal behavior (see: https://archive.org/details/Niko-Tinbergen-Curious-Naturalists/page/n15)

A. Manning and M. Stamp Dawkins. 2012. An Introduction to Animal Behaviour. 6th Edition. Cambridge University Press. (a classical textbook)

L.A. Dugatkin. 2019. Principles of animal behavior. 3rd  Edition. University of Chicago Press. (an interesting, and recently updated, overview on the study of animal behavior)
